JetBrains ships TeamCity 2026.2.1 and 2026.1.5, fixing more than 40 vulnerabilities between them
JetBrains released two bug-fix updates for TeamCity On-Premises on 5 October, 2026.2.1 and 2026.1.5. As with the previous updates, the company says, they focus heavily on security, addressing more than 40 vulnerabilities combined, and it strongly recommends upgrading as soon as possible.
Other fixes named in the post. Pipelines could not import YAML configuration files from a repository's main branch, and MSBuildTools were not detected after the September update of Visual Studio Build Tools 2026. The full lists are in the release notes for each version.

How to upgrade. All bug-fix updates within one major version share a data format, so an instance can move up or down within the series without restoring from backup. JetBrains lists three routes: the automatic update feature inside TeamCity, a download from its website, or the updated Docker image.
The post does not list the individual vulnerabilities; administrators who want to judge their exposure before upgrading will find them in the release notes for their version.
